We are obliged to let you know that in accordance with Manthan IT Solutions' standards, product or service returns are not accepted since all products marketed by Manthan IT Solutions comply with strict quality and safety controls.
Important: Please check the product at your end by purchasing the cost plans since we do not refund the amount once the product or services have been purchased.
If the management of Manthan IT Solutions approves the return in writing, we will only do so in exceptional circumstances. If someone attempts to misuse the money, they will be held liable.
If the services are held or stopped by Operator’s/TRAI/Facebook end, the amount is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Account Closing:
Manthan IT Solutions retains the right to terminate a user's account for flagrant violation of the terms and conditions or in the event that the offered services are being used illegally.
Manthan IT Solutions disclaims responsibility for any harm a user may sustain as a result of the user's decision to close their account, suspend it, or for any other cause.
Note: If your payment is in advance, the refund amount remains in favour of your account to be crossed with another invoice and/or a new purchase.
Assurance and Limitation of Liability
Manthan IT Solutions pledges to conduct business with the best standards possible to ensure that the services and products it offers are always available and serve the intended purpose. However, no long-distance data transmission can completely ensure the security, continuity, and accessibility of the services offered.
Although Manthan IT Solutions tries to, but does not guarantee compatibility of offered services and products with other producers’ software. The user shall bear responsibility for the choice and consequences following from the use of other software including its applicability to user’s objectives.
Manthan IT Solutions shall bear no liability in particular for:Manthan IT Solutions stipulates that opinions given by users do not reflect in any possible manner its views and opinions. Manthan IT Solutions does not monitor or control users’ opinions on a continual basis; if, however, any opinions in breach with these terms and conditions should be revealed, efforts shall be immediately made to remove them as soon as possible.
Manthan IT Solutions shall bear no liability in particular for:
• Phrases and entries added to the network in connection with the use of offered services and products
• Unlawful and inconsistent with these terms and conditions users’ operations while using offered services and products
• Disturbances in accessibility of offered products and services not caused by Manthan IT Solutions
• Damage suffered by the user arisen due to the suspension or closing the account by the user or for other reasons arising from the user’s fault
• Damage suffered by the user as a result of a third party using his data that enable him to access the provided services and products
• Damage following from the use or the impossibility to use offered products and services including damage actually suffered, the loss of expected benefits, data loss, damage or computer crash, the costs of substitute equipment and software, shut-down, company reputation infringement
• Consequences of failure to perform or improper performance of obligations undertaken by other users even though such an obligation has been undertaken using offered products and services
Our terms are aligned and subject to modification according to laws and guidelines by local government bodies like TRAI in India.
If your account is cancelled or suspended due to SPAM complaints NO refund will be allowed.
